Us

No Coast, in short

Your program built as custom software: one fixed build fee, full IP assignment, optional managed hosting. You own the source, the data and the roadmap, and you keep all three if we ever part ways.

02 / The moment

If you're migrating anyway

Platform unification means client upgrades. Absorbing a migration you didn't choose is the natural moment to compare where you land: the successor license, another license, or software you own. A parallel build runs while your current contract does, and your renewal date becomes your launch date.

03 / Questions

Asked by SproutLoud customers.

Is No Coast a SproutLoud alternative?

Yes, of a different kind. Instead of licensing the successor platform, you commission your own: one build fee, full IP assignment, optional hosting, and the migration happens once.

What happens to SproutLoud contracts?

Existing programs continue under the combined company. Ask, in writing, how assignment, renewal terms and the unified-platform migration apply to your contract specifically.

What should we do before our renewal?

Test a full data export, inventory your customizations, get the migration timeline in writing, and price the alternatives while you have leverage.
