These terms cover nocoast.ai, the marketing site for No Coast, a product of Octopolis. Using the site means you accept them. They are short on purpose.

What this site is

A description of what we build and how we sell it. We keep it accurate and we correct it when it is wrong. It is not professional, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a conversation about your actual program.

Pricing, estimates and the calculator

We publish ranges because this category will not. Published build and hosting figures are typical ranges, not your number. Your number comes from scope, and we fix it in writing before any work begins.

The Rent Calculator models the inputs you give it against the assumptions printed next to it. Those assumptions are simplifications: it holds your current spend flat, estimates a build fee from network size, and ignores anything specific to your contract. Use it to frame a conversation, not to make a budget decision. Check it against a real estimate and your own contract before either.

Comparisons and other companies' names

We name competitors and describe them. Ansira, BrandMuscle, SproutLoud, SOCi, PowerChord, Marvia and Promoboxx are trademarks of their respective owners. No Coast is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. We use their names to identify their products, which is what nominative fair use is for.

Comparisons draw on public information as of August 2026 and on each company's own published language. Categories change and so do products. If we have something wrong, write to hello@nocoast.ai and we will correct it and say that we did.

What you can do with this site

• Read it, link to it, quote it. Short quotes with attribution and a link are welcome, including in an RFP or a board deck.
• Do not republish it wholesale. The text, design, code and the No Coast name, mark and wordmark belong to Octopolis.
• Do not use our brand assets to imply we endorse you or built something we did not.
• Do not attack the site, scrape it at volume, or harvest the contact details on it for unsolicited pitches.

What you send us

Please do not send confidential information through a form on a public website. Anything you submit here is not confidential unless we have signed an agreement that makes it so, and we are happy to sign one before you share program detail. By submitting, you confirm the information is yours to share and that it is accurate.

What we do with it is covered in our privacy policy.

Links to other sites

We link to sources so you can check our work. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your information. A link is a citation, not an endorsement.

Availability and disclaimers

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every figure on it is current. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Octopolis and No Coast are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of this site. This clause covers the website. It does not limit anything in a signed services agreement, which has its own terms, and it does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri, and both of us consent to that venue.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change we update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
