Landlocked. Not left out
The platforms that run local marketing for America's dealer networks are old enough to vote. They were built when custom software took years and seven figures, and they've been collecting rent on that fact ever since.
That fact expired. Modern frameworks and AI collapsed the cost of building. What used to take years takes months. What used to be a license can now be an asset you own.
So we don't license. We build your program as software, hand you the source, and stay only as long as we're useful.
The incumbents got comfortable. Twenty years of renewals will do that. We build from the middle of the country, where you own your tools and fix them yourself. Software should work the same way.
Geography first. Then a promise.
The geography
We build in Kansas City, for the brands between the coasts: dealer networks, franchise systems, contractor co-ops. The work that keeps the middle of the map running.
The attitude
Coasting is what a platform does when its customers can't leave. Ours can leave any time and keep everything. So we don't coast.
An Octopolis product
No Coast is built by Octopolis, an independent product lab in Kansas City. Small team, senior builders, no account layer between you and the people writing the code.
We build with and for independent agencies, not against them.
