Field Notes / Pricing
Ansira pricing, explained
There is no public price list. Here is how licensing in this category generally works, and the questions that surface the real number.
As of this writing, no public pricing exists for Ansira or for the BrandMuscle and SproutLoud platforms it acquired in 2024. That is not unusual: enterprise channel-marketing licenses are negotiated per contract. But it makes comparison shopping nearly impossible, so here is the general shape of what you are pricing.
The four layers of a licensing quote
- Platform license: annual, scaled by modules and by network size.
- Implementation: a one-time fee to configure your program into the platform.
- Services: managed programs, support tiers, agency-style work on retainer.
- Pass-throughs: media, print and fulfillment flowing through the vendor.
The license is the visible number. The five-year cost is the real one: renewals compound, services attach, and switching costs quietly accumulate as your program's logic gets embedded in someone else's product.
Questions that surface the real cost
- What is our all-in five-year total, including services and implementation?
- What happens to our workflows and data at contract end?
- What does one custom workflow cost, and how long does it take to ship?
- What are renewal terms tied to, and what has the increase history been?
What the ownership model changes
We publish our numbers: program builds typically run $40,000 to $140,000 depending on scope, and managed hosting runs $500 to $2,500 a month, or zero if you self-host. The fee is fixed before work starts, and what you buy is an asset: source, data and IP, yours at every point.
